What do websites cost?+
Starter Presence begins at $350 for one professional landing page. A multi-page Business Website starts at $1,500, and an Integrated Website with working features starts at $3,500. Larger and specialized projects are scoped after discovery, with a written quote before anything begins. Displayed prices are starting points, not quotes — your written proposal reflects your actual scope.
What do I need to provide?+
For Starter Presence: finalized text and photos — the package price depends on content arriving ready. For larger projects we shape structure together, but the words and images of your business still come from you. If content isn't ready yet, we'll talk honestly about what that means for scope and timing.
How long does a project take?+
Final timelines are committed after the quote and discovery call, because they depend on scope, content readiness, integrations, and response time. As a working target, a Starter Presence page is typically completed within two to three weeks once the deposit and all required content are received. Larger projects are scoped individually.
How do revisions work?+
Starter Presence includes one revision round; Business and Integrated Websites include two. A revision round is a consolidated set of change requests, which keeps the project moving and the price honest. Additional rounds can be added — that's one of the things that increases price, and it's stated up front.
Is there a deposit?+
Yes — projects begin with an upfront deposit, and larger projects may use milestone payments. Exact percentages and the payment schedule are set out in your written project agreement, and final launch can depend on completing the agreed schedule.
Who handles hosting?+
Hosting can be included through an optional monthly care plan, or you can host the site yourself — both are supported. Either way, you're told exactly what hosting the site needs and what it costs before launch.
What about maintenance after launch?+
An optional, recommended monthly care plan can cover software updates, small content changes, and keeping integrations healthy. You can opt out and run the site yourself. Care-plan pricing and inclusions are confirmed in your written quote.
Do I own my domain?+
Yes. Domains are typically billed separately and registered so that you own them. You are never locked out of your own name.
Are there other costs I should know about?+
Sometimes. Paid third-party services — premium scheduling tiers, paid APIs, specialized plugins — are either passed through transparently or incorporated into your written quote. You'll never discover a hidden subscription after launch.
How does booking a consultation work?+
The discovery call is a 30-minute video conversation about your business and what the website needs to do. If online booking isn't available at the moment, the project questionnaire is the fastest path — it asks the same questions a first call would.
Is there anything you don't build?+
Yes, deliberately. The studio focuses on websites and carefully scoped site features — not SaaS products, native mobile apps, full e-commerce stores, large customer portals, or paid-ads management. If your project needs one of those, you'll hear it straight away, along with a sensible direction.
What happens after I submit the project questionnaire?+
You see an immediate, non-binding recommendation for the kind of project that fits your answers. If you choose to send it in, the studio reviews it personally and responds by email to schedule a conversation. Final scope, price, and timeline always come from that review — the questionnaire never commits you to anything.
Do you only work locally?+
No. The studio works with businesses anywhere the time difference and project workflow stay practical. Discovery calls are video calls, and the whole process is built to work remotely.
